Shelly Thompson has to be the most professional, efficient, generous, knowledgable Realtor I have EVER dealt with. She was on the ball with her paperwork and requested information. She goes ABOVE AND BEYOND for her clients and completely reliable. Buying a home is a huge purchase and a lot of information is needed and needed promptly. Her knowledge in the real estate market and in home closings was by far top notch. She comes HIGHLY recommended. I will never use anyone but Shelly Thompson for mine and my family purchases in the RTP area in the future. Thank you Shelly for all you did and continue to do!

I enjoyed working with Shelly to find the appropriate property for my family. She was friendly, patient, very helpful, knowledgeable, professional, and on top of every detail during the purchase process. Also, I found her website to be extremely helpful in identifying properties in which I was interested.

I contacted Shelly on the recommendation of family member who used her in the past. Upon meeting her, I knew she was the realtor for me! I had a house to sell due to a death in the family and was under a very short time frame in which to do so. She agreed to a 3 month contract instead of the usual 6 months and we were on our way. We priced the house competitively for the first 3 weeks. With only 1 showing, upon her advice, I agreed to lower the price and immediately had 6 showings that weekend. In those 6 showings came an offer which, after several counteroffers, I accepted. We closed on May 11, 2012. The house was only on the market 5 weeks!

Shelly was more then excellent. 5 stars is not enough for her. Everyone should work as hard as Shelly does to please their clients. It sure would be a much more productive world. Shelly showed us many homes as we requested, we were not completely sure of the area in which we wanted to live. Always on time always going the extra mile to help in any way she could. When we found the house we wanted she even helped us with understanding the loan process. She keep the communication clear between all parties involved. Shelly has been extremely responsible in our home search. Since we are relocating from out of state, we have limited knowledge of the real estate contract laws in NC. Shelly knew what needed to be done and when.

She was very astute in figuring out what our likes and dislikes were. We started with a big list of properties (based on our criteria), but she was quick to see what was important to us and she helped weed down the list to something much more manageable. She was good at talking us through the elements of what we liked about our final choices and it made the decision process much easier.

Shelly's easy-going personality and schedule flexibility (even on short notice) made working with her a pleasure. I'd highly recommend her.

i bought a house from her in 2006. I am now selling my house through her in 2012 and hopefully buying another house. I think she is professional and knows what is realistic and what is happening in the market. I feel comfortable working with her as she knows so much more than I do.

Shelly is very detail oriented and will ask questions her clients may not have thought about. She reads documents, often highlighting the finer points and small print to protect, inform and make her clients more aware. She is very forthcoming in information that affects your buying, including if a new road or additional construction is planned. Shelly is attentive, thorough, professional and diligent. I have bought and sold at least 7 properties and worked with over 10 agents, Shelly is only one of two I would recommend unconditionally. She listens very well and worked very hard to find the right neighborhood and home for us. Without her my wife would not have found the home she had her heart set on.
